This trainer guy at my gym made his buddy watch how I was doing my squats, gave me major compliments on my form/depth, and then told me I’m lifting like the guy in the rack next to me who was squatting at least 250# 

I needed that boost to start the week, especially when I had been feeling unnecessarily self conscious about my morning PR only being 90#
