I believe there is definitely a belly there — the belly that we saw at the Women In Motion Awards and the Chopard event, not the belly that supposedly defies designer Georgia Hardinge's entire brand and career but also basic anatomy.
Okay mod let me ask you a question this yellow dress shows that her belly is much bigger than it was a few nights ago at the awards ceremony I mean do you think it's possible the dress is making it look bigger I mean I'm trying to give this woman the benefit of the doubt but it looks so much bigger I just came home and saw these pictures and I am so confused more confused than I've ever been thank you
I already answered your Ask, I believe, love. In the meantime, though, I was helped out with a better look at this whole situation, so I will add a little to that.
While I will not deny there being a bump — come on, we've seen the woman like three days ago? — I don't believe that this time she is doing anything to enhance it's size or make it look any different than it did a couple of days ago.
This is going to sound like I am defending her, but let's look at the pictures I gathered, shall we?
First of all, let's take another side by side look at the dress.
I think that by seeing the whole length and the model posing similarly, you can also understand what I am talking about a little better.
There is a pattern that the belly does not appear to break or disturb in any way.
In the picture, you can also see Annabelle's leg. I could argue and say that the supposed belly is turned fully towards the woman in red, while her leg and chest are not, which would be an anomaly at last.
I chose, though, to look for a few more pictures of Annabelle in a similar position, that I will link below.
Let's start with Annabelle (and the father of her child) attending the Kering Women in Motion Awards earlier this week.
While her leg is not that far in front of her body, her upper body is placed similarly — at least, her chest is. And you can see easily where her belly falls and what is the exact curve between her chest and bump.
Next, I found this picture of Annabelle attending "The Apprentice" Premiere at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival.
Her pose here is so much closer to the truth, and the dress is also tight enough to see the natural curve of her body, but also where her stomach naturally falls while posing this way.
It doesn't naturally fall opposed to her left hip or the seam of her dress, does it?
And lastly, I chose the infamous singular picture of Annabelle attending the Saint Laurent MET Gala After-Party earlier this month, where her dress was a similar fit to the Georgia Hardinge one, and a similar material that allows us to see where her belly naturally falls.
The most important part that I noticed now with the sight of the entire dress is that you can see the seams of the dress. Right behind the glass of whatever Miss Wallace chose to drink, you can see her armpit and then the seam that falls straight down.
Now, I don't know much about pregnant bodies, I told you, but I think that if your belly is on the opposite side of your hip — so on the side of your body — you should maybe go and see your doctor and not drink on a yacht in St. Tropez. No matter what your drink of choice is.
That is all that I wanted to share and I will consider ending the discussion regarding this particular corner of a picture here, because the pictures say more than we can.
While I agree that this pregnancy has been an entire Grand Prix, and it's been hard to keep up, it seems, even for Miss Wallace — remember the green cardigan, don't you? — I don't believe that this was any trick to make the belly look any bigger or any smaller.
The belly is there, I believe, just not the way people believe, and that is okay!
