Is Hilda's body even usable after so many decades in cryosleep? How are her muscles not atrophied to hell and back? Plus not only was she already shown to be sickly before getting arrested, she was then extensively physically tortured for years before being thrown in a pod. Now for Catherine it would make sense that they'd put extra care in making sure she'd be battle ready when they wake her up, but I don't think they really planned to wake Hilda, a heavily corrupted enemy spy, and probably didn't want her to be in tip top shape if they ever did.
