Capitano is one of the greenest of green flags, in my completely honest and valid opinion. I like myself a man with no face and a strong sense of honor and dignity.

I don't know who needs this, but if you're on a budget or something and can't afford brown sugar for whatever reason, just add molasses to your boring, processed white sugar. It's really that simple and more affordable. (It's more affordable where I live, at least.)

I would say for every one cup of sugar add about one tablespoon of molasses for light brown sugar. If you need dark instead, add two tablespoons per cup. Personally, I just eyeball it until it looks right to save on clean dishes. Hope this helps someone!
