My headcannon is that even though Bruce only calls talia by her name instead of a pet name, every single time he says it when they're together he says it so softly and coated with butter and at the perfect pitch between whisper and normal and so so much love it's makes talia weak

That man is a fake idgaf-er, he's lying, he's a professional yearner

He knows how much it affects her too. Bruce loves playing her, every night before they go to bed Bruce gets close to her ear and whispers "Good night Talia"

He loves act like he's being nonchalant when he only calls Talia by her name but he isn't fooling no one.

I headcanon that Bruce crashes out internally anytime Talia calls him "Bruce" instead of "Beloved". Especially because of that one comic panel where Talia was mad at Bruce but still referred to him as "Beloved" and he asked why does she still call him that since she was rightfully upset just for her response to be that her anger doesn't diminish her love for him.

Talia calls him Bruce, he's in the batcave spiraling for a WEEK.

i think Ra’s rejecting Dusan because he is “white” is so silly.

I like to imagine that Dusan’s white hair reminded Ra’s of Rúh. Maybe he took it as a sign, assumed the baby was somehow bound to the same fate as her. Maybe he thought Dusan was plagued with the same kind of illness, but he didn’t want to put a baby in the Lazarus pit.

So he tried his best to not become attached to the child because his attachment to his own mother is what caused him so much misery in the end. He brought her back and then didn’t have the heart to kill her. He can’t face that all over again with someone else he loves.

I just know that birthdays in the Al Ghul family are a huge thing. They don’t celebrate like normal people ofc. While they do get each other gifts they do not just get given out. With their extra asses no way. In order for the birthday boy or girl to receive their gifts they must survive the birthday games.

What are The Birthday Games you may be asking? On the day of your birthday from sunrise to sunset it’s up to you to survive a series of assassination attempts from other members of the family. Everything is fair game and after every attack you fend off or avoid you receive a present.

At the end of the day after you have won all of your prezzies ( or taken a dip in the forbidden swimming pool ) all of the league gets together and a feast is held in the birthday persons honour to celebrate another year of survival.
