I want to let everyone know that I'm still here and still writing! The fanfictions/artwork will continue!
I was in a weird headspace after Episode 15 and it kinda threw me off my game. I finished a couple of fics that I had already started during that time, but didn't have the motivation to start any new ones.

There's also a lot of anxiety about the current state of the world, that can sometimes pull me out of my writing mindset. I won't go into too much detail, but I have someone dear to me that's in the US military. We're both nervous at the moment about what might happen to him, as the illegal and immoral war in Iran continues to develop. Neither I (nor the person I'm close to) stand with the fascist actions of our government as Americans.
The world is a scary place. I write to cope with a lot of different things: from daily life issues, to politics, to my constant body dysphoria/dysmorphia. I hope my writing helps others not feel so scared and worried. There may be times the anxiety gets to be a lot, but rest assured I'll never be gone long.
In happier news, I've recently gotten a promotion at work! I'm working more, but I'm able to write while at the desk. I usually write on my phone, and typing on a computer has actually led me to want to write more and LONGER stories. Longer stories take more time, so it may be a bigger stretch in between oneshots.
I haven't abandoned Finding Home. It's my baby. I'm very proud of the amount of writing I've done for that series, and I would feel terrible not finishing it 😭 I've already got 1k words written for chapter 6, and I'm hoping to finish it within the week.

A bit of a sneak peek behind the scenes, my current writing projects that I'm focusing on are:
- at least 2 Espresseleine fanfics
- one multi-chapter PureShadow fanfic
- chapter 6 of Finding Home
And I also have some projects on the backburner that I want to finish, but aren't high priority:

- Shmilk post ep 15 having a body horror crisis

It's also finally spring! I spend more time outdoors in the warmer months, gardening and doing other activities. That might mean I'm afk more often aside from writing time at work. Maybe I'll post some pictures of the flowers/fruits/vegetables I grow 🌷😊🌷
That's about all I have to say, I really just wanted to touch base and let everyone know that I'm still here, just with some differences in routine. I'm truly happy to have even one person that I can share my fanworks with, and I hope everyone continues to stick around while I work on new and fun stuff to share!
