I'm happy to announce that we're now open!

We've got a fresh Ethical Bean coffee for the mornings, and we can pop down to Parallel 49 for beer in the evenings. We've written a first version of our membership agreement, and pricing is confirmed: $200/month. That's the best price in the city for a fixed desk! We're also definitely the only coworking space in East Vancouver. It's exciting to be breaking new ground like that, though we would love to see more spaces pop up!

We're starting to concentrate on getting the word out about the space. Our craigslist ad is up, and we've put up posters in a few coffee shops around town.

Shared office space opening in East Vancouver July 1st

Corner Office is a small and affordable coworking space located just around the corner from Victoria and Powell. We are seeking programmers, designers, photographers, videographers, writers, and other creative professionals. Anyone who is tired of working from their home or from the café. We are looking for ten members to fill our ten desks. Each member gets their own desk, high-speed internet, and 24/7 access, and will share access to a printer, scanner, coffee maker, staplers, etc. The space, at 1907 Triumph St., is small but brightly lit with natural light from large south and west facing windows. It’s just off the Lakewood Drive bike route, next door to the JJ Bean at Victoria and Powell, and walking distance to other shops, restaurants, and cafes on Powell and on Hastings.
