Splashwise I'd say they're about the same quality, but ingame Jinx's skin IS legendary. So there is going to be a quality difference between her and the other skins, apart from Ahri.

I 100% forgot that was the case, lol. Which totally excuses it. The splashes are still drearily similar to each other, though.

Not to mention how they human-washed Raka and took away her goat legs

Petty though it was, the little fleck of brightness still was undeniably a star. The spectacle finished, he flashed his open palms at the Guardian expectantly. ❝Well? Any other Star-Forgers you know of?❞
