There is not a single situation in which you can be struggling and nobody would want to know about it. As humans, we’re made to care for each other, to concern ourselves with other people and to want to help, which means that even if your direct environment makes you feel like you can’t come to them with whatever’s weighing on your chest, there will always be someone beyond that will hear you out and help you out. Looking for help is in no way easy to do, but it is worth it in every way, and the possibility of finding it never ends at your circle of contacts. You were always deserving of being heard, and you always will be.

i hope you did at least one thing for yourself today. whether that's brushing your teeth, drinking a nice cup of tea, taking a break to listen to your favorite song or reading your favorite poem. it doesn't have to be grand to be meaningful. it is so important to stay close to what brings you joy and purpose in life. ❤️

Its okay if you're not who you thought you would be, take all the time to grieve the person you tried so hard to become when you wanted to better yourself and learn from your past mistakes. But its also okay to just love the person you are now and learn to get to know that person better. There is no shame in being who you are, even if you still have a lot to learn. You don't always have to upgrade yourself, sometimes there is peace in appreciating who you are and what you have right now.
