Where did u get ur peggy wig? I’m having a hard time finding one
Hi! My Peggy wig is actually an Arda Wigs Buttercup that I cut and really quickly styled the night/morning before the con. I had no idea what I was doing and luckily, my friend was able to save it a bit, which resulted in how it looks in photos. The next time I wear Peggy, I’m going to definitely get an entirely new wig and dedicate enough time to style it properly haha.

I got my Phichit photos back and I am SO happy with them 💙✨ He is such a special character to me. After the three main characters, Phichit Chulanont is my favorite side character in Yuri on Ice. Ever see me and Phichit in a room together? No? Know why? It’s cause he and I are literally the same person. Appearance, selfie-loving, and fondness of smol animals aside, Phichit is a darker skinned Asian person who I am 300% sure loves musical theater, and I as a darker skinned Asian person who also loves musical theater, very much appreciate Phichit’s existence. There’s plenty more of us, I assure you. Theater world, please show more love to your POC fans, and please hire us now and when we grow up 💃🏽✨On an aesthetic note, I love this photo.

11/29: HAPPY BIRTHDAY YUURI KATSUKI!! It’s 11/29 here in the US so it still counts! I may seem obsessed with Plisetsky or always fawn over Viktor, but I will always consider Yuuri best boy. Little known fact about this outfit is that I originally made it to cosplay as young Viktor. I had a wig malfunction (fuckin ponytail wigs, man. I swear) the morning I first wore this costume and luckily, all I had to do was slick my natural hair back and exchange my blue contacts for brown, which I happened to have on hand for another character that weekend anyway. I am SO glad I made the switch because it turned out that I suit Yuuri way more aesthetically than Vitya. It’s just a bodysuit and simple makeup and my real hair, but this costume honestly makes me feel the most beautiful, even over my more elaborate costumes. As a person with an ass that sticks out and thicker thighs and a not totally flat tummy, I appreciate Yuuri as a character who has all those things. I get compliments on all my costumes, but I DEFINITELY get the most when I wear this one and they make me super happy and giddy every time. I’m so happy to cosplay a character so beloved 💙✨ So happiest of birthdays sweet, sweet Yuuri. Merry Taako Tuesday!✨ I cosplayed so many different versions of Taako within just a couple months, so I wanted to compile all four of my looks into one photo. I wish my poor hat wasn’t all soggy and floppy in the first pic (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ I’m definitely not done with Flip Wizard yet though. I’ve got a brand new look for him planned for Katsucon that I cannot wait to start working on. Pumpkin Spice, btw, is my favorite. Spoopy Taako is a really close second.

I'm currently dying of con plague, but here's a shot of me looking more presentable haha. Thanks to NYCC, I still have and will have a brand new arsenal of Taako pics for Taako Tuesday 😘✨ I think this one is a good clear shot of the makeup I do for him. I think the filter app I used ate my highlighter a bit though. I definitely put on enough highlighter on Taako to be seen from the moon so.. I love this magical boy and I can't to wear him again. I have BIG plans for him in the upcoming con season💫✨

Did someone order one Pumpkin Spice Taako? 🎃💫✨ ---- It's time for another Taako Tuesday!! 🌮💫✨ My friends and I took one last visit to NY Renaissance Faire before it closed up for the year. The theme for the weekend was Oktoberfest, so I went with autumnal colors for Taako's outfit this time around. It's literally all stuff from previous costumes haha. The white blouse is from Ciel Phantomhive. The orange vest thing is from Princess Kenny, and the red poofy shorts are from Zuko. They all looked cool in my head, but I was worried all those elements wouldn't work out together in real life. Thankfully they do and I think this version is my favorite Taako outfit I've worn so far. I'm thinking of wearing this version again for NYCC this Friday :D Photo by my cousin 💖

I went back to NY Renaissance Faire this past weekend. The theme was pirates, so I gathered stuff from my closet to make a pirate outfit for Taako :D I didn’t take as many pictures from my second trip to ren faire since I was mostly showing my family around, but check out this awesome shot my cousin got of me :)
