Salvia rosmarinus, a member of the mint family. It's a shrub with evergreen leaves and flowers that can be white, purple, blue or pink - which blooms in spring-summer in temperate climates, and consistently if the climate is warmer. Can grow up to 2 meters and is native to the Mediterranean region of Europe, but considered invasive.
In cuisine, the leaves are used as flavouring or in herbal teas. Its aroma is so fragrant that it's oil is used as perfumes, shampoos, cleaning products, incense and even aromatherapy! A fun fact is that it's name means "dew of the sea", fron the Latin ros + marinus
