I started this blog when I was GOING THROUGHHHHH smth in my personal and after years of therapy I am feeling so much better! THIS DOESN’T MEAN IM ABANDONING bc I’m not. I just wanted to say how extremely grateful I am for everyone who has followed, commented, reached out and said something nice, tagged me in something. You truly don’t know the impact to had on me. Thank you.

Some life updates for me (if you care😭):

Stopped going to school, I decided I could NOT be an education major anymore. Still LOVE kids and LOVE teaching, maybe one day I’ll go back 🤷‍♀️

Left my spa job! I outgrew it!

Got a BIG GIRL JOB with a SALARY and a CUBICAL. Growing up poor this means the world to me! I’m a regional event planner for a casino company (trying to be kinda vague so I don’t doxx myself 😭)

Made tons of new friends!

Reached my two year anniversary of starting weekly therapy!

All in all, Cousin Connie is doing super well!

Like I said earlier, I am NOT abandoning Cousin Connie. I love it here 😭 I just have to get back in the groove (+ with the new job I am FINALLY starting to figure out work life balance🥀) last time I got a new job I wrote a little piece inspired by it, should I do it again? AOT hits the casino? LMFAO

The men where I live have been increasingly terrifying lately. Had one guy catcalling me when I was stoped at a red light and I thought he was going to attack my car, had another guy waiting outside my job for hours trying to hit on me and my underage coworker. I’m fine, I’m tough and I carry pepper spray with me at all times, but it’s still scary. Why do they feel the need to do that? Like they HAVE to know they won’t get a positive response, so is it just a dominance thing? I’ve been dealing with this kind of behavior my whole life, I got boobs early and I have a baby face and creeps really like that. It’s just frustrating that normal things like stopping at a red light, going to work, even sitting on my front porch can sometimes be dangerous for me. Idk, I guess I’m just ranting. On a lighter note, if I had my own personal Levi Ackerman this shit would NOT happen and that sometimes gives me comfort lol

Okay yall for those who don’t know I work at a spa now, so I bring to you-

AOT characters at a spa!

Eren: it’s not his idea to go to a spa AT ALL,,, like letting some rando touch all over him??? Being vulnerable? Hell no. He only comes in because Mikasa gave him a gift card. He gets a deep tissue massage because he figures in the strongest one to get? Becomes absolutely obsessed. He’s now a regular.

Mikasa: she goes often for sport massages. Loves them fr. Absolutely does not need any sort of facials because her skin is flawless but considers getting one anyway??? Absolutely silent and glaring before the massage, glowing and smiling after.

Armin: He’s a hot stone kind of guy. Always pays extra for aroma therapy in the room is always INSANELY tense and needs like the strongest Massage Therapists 😭 always tips them directly.

Sasha: (what do you mean she can’t eat the Himalayan Salt!?!) she likes to hop around and try each therapist/aesthetician. SUPER chatty in the lobby but everyone loves her.

Connie: works front desk 😈 gets in trouble for being too loud. Spills something at least once a day. Hates closing shift because he has to clean but loves opening shift because he likes to do the phone calls.

Jean: gets weekly facials. Goes in grumpy comes out happy as hell. Will only go to a SPECIFIC aesthetician. Only trusts them with his face!! He gets those special led light masks and buys whatever product his aesthetician tells him to.

Reiner: silent going in, silent coming out. Gets a standard massage with lavender aroma therapy, scalp massage, and a hand massage. Always 15 minutes early. Tips well AND gives the front desk a tip too. Low key probably the favorite client.

Levi: is a massage therapist. Specializes in Deep Tissue. Takes forever to clean his room during closing which means front desk has to wait for him 😭 they probably stop booking him later in the day for that reason.

Hange: is an aesthetician, LOVES doing the chemical peels on people’s faces. LOVES WAXING PEOPLE. Is a little too chatty for a real spa environment but always gets a ton of tips!

Erwin: gets a massage on the 20th of every month. passes out on the table every time. Always tips 15%.

Well I’m currently nursing a mean hangover 😭 went out clubbing last night and now I’m all fucked up 😭 also my great-grandfather died so I’ve been super tied up with family.

Uni is fine!! Still not used to the night classes but I’m getting there! No missing assignments yet lol.

This Armin fic is becoming my mortal enemy. I’m GOING to finish THE WHOLE SEIRIES by September 30th. I must 😭 I can’t let it beat me 😭
