Matte top coat comparison. From left to right: @ciatelondon Mattnificent, @opi_products Matte Top Coat, Essie Matte About You, Gosh Matte Effect Top Coat. I found that the Ciaté one was the least mattifying of the four but also the least streaky. Ilike the 'satin' look of it. Gosh and Essie are almost dupes but the one from Essie is just a tiny bit more smooth. The OPI matte top coat has by far the most 'chalky' finish. But because of it you have to apply this one carefully to avoid visible brushstrokes. All with all I like every single one of these because of the difference. Nail polish bottle stuck? Put it upside down in a cup with hot water, just above the lid. The hardened polish softens within a few minutes. Remember to wipe the neck of your bottle with acetone or polish remover before placing the lid back on!!
