Exactly a year ago today when I became part of the Headbacker Division, When I applied as a headbacker, I knew for sure that my purpose was not just to teach or coach them, I knew in my heart that my purpose was to inspire them to become future leaders of our company. I am more than honored to express that there are 4 Cyberbackers on my rosters that were already a Headbacker. All the hardwork and effort during our coaching sessions are all worth it. Even Though you feel like you are already fulfilled with seeing your Cyberbackers growing as what you want them to be, Cyberbacker will always reward you for all your hardwork- I knew these are just bonuses but look what I have received from being a 3-time Coaching Champ. Now I truly understood why I did not make it the first time around— God prepared me with something greater.
