Today I tried to take advantage of KLs renoun “cheap” shopping, only to find out that size 34 length trousers do not exist in Malaysia. That cut that excursion short. I then decided to visit the old Sultan Abdul Samad mosque which was nice. This evening I climbed to the top of Petronas twin towers. It had to be done, but realistically when you get to the top there is nothing much to see. Compared to similar attractions in Europe, Australia and the USA it’s very unimpressive, especially seeing as though one of the few attractive buildings at night is The Petrona towers. The Sydney bridge climb was much more impressive. After this I enjoyed watching the water fountain show at the bottom of the towers for what is my last night in KL.
