ART, CRAFT & DESIGN to BUY : from the organisers of Manchester’s annual, award-winning Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair. 

The Little Northern Contemporary Craft Fair events represent over 40 designer-makers and artists, several times a year, at various venues. Artists are selected in disciplines including ceramics, glass, interior textiles, wood, jewellery, wall art and fashion accessories.

  Special brings together 15 critically acclaimed artists, all using very different materials and techniques. This exhibition has been conceived as a way of exploring what makes an object “special”. Each maker has created 3 unique pieces specifically for this Lesley Craze Gallery exhibition.

  The range and ambition of the work is wide; from the playful leather work of Tania Clarke Hall to the sleek titanium forms of Joel Degen. Kaz Robertson creates resin work of vibrant colour while Sonia Cheadle explores stone setting and precision with precious metals and diamonds.

"A chance to see and buy beautifully hand made accessories and gifts for the wedding season. We have invited guild members and non-members to show their latest designs. Many of the jewellers will be showing designs for engagement and wedding rings and are more than happy to discuss commissions with you.  We will have stunning hats by milliner Catherine Povey, hand painted silk scarves by textile designer Louise Taylor and the fascinating monofilament jewellery by designer maker Craig Macauley.
