A personal favorite inflation scenario that I rarely see? A character inflating with their emotions. I’m working on a character, but like, just imagine,

Getting flustered when shown affection, causing them to swell up like a hot air balloon.

Heart break, causing them to break down in sobs as they blow up into an overfilled water balloon. (I live for angsty inflation too :’3)

A tantrum making them distend as their body becomes taunt. Their anger filling them into a creaking bomb.
