I want motivation to work out. what’s your motivation?

My motivation is my health and aesthetics. I want to look good I want to feel good and I want to build a relationship with my muscles that lasts a lifetime. Everytime I hit a rep I think about my goals. I’m also motivated by how far I’ve come in my journey! I hope this helps
