Hi there little ones! Let’s do a self care-checklist, taking good care of yourself is very important— don’t you think?

Have you:

Brushed your teeth (at least once)

Taken a shower

Had some water (even if it’s just a little)

Had some food

Told yourself how amazing you are

If you’ve done all of the above, great job superstar! If not then you are still doing an amazing job, you did what you could! I know you can achieve so much kiddo. Be proud of yourself, it goes a long way.

I know you’re having so much fun doing whatever silly activity, but you must remember to drink water and have a snack! To continue doing what you like, you need the energy for it, and that’s where it comes from. Your head can’t be all fun and festive if it doesn’t have the energy for it. Try your best, you got this!
