Taking Gifting to the Next Level
Whats my #CHRISTMASWISHLIST?
Most people prefer out-of-town vacations, gadgets , and lots of money. Well, my HOLIDAY wish for this year is to either visit my grandmother who we think her time is really running out. I just want to spend my Christmas with people i love. Other stuff like gadgets are a plus. Who doesn’t love gadgets right? Hahaha What are your Christmas gift ideas for your loved ones this year?
I’m lazy in saving money. But usually give my mother a sweet speech because she lives far away from us. (Denmark) Usually , I make sweet desserts like mango float or leche flan for them. Its my way of telling how sweet I am.
But for my girlfriend? Hmmm. MYSELF. What’s the better gift to give to someone you love? Yourself. She needs me, I need her. Being there for her this holiday season is one of the greatest thing I can give to her since we’re in a Long Distance Relationship. Spending time with her makes the distance wonder how we lasted this long. *cough* Almost 1 year already. LOL How do you plan to give back to others this Christmas?
How can I?
Probably giving candies to street children. Sharing food for the holiday. Just as anything possible which I can accomplish. I remember giving spaghetti during Christmas when there’s this kid probably around 8-10 years old is caroling in our house. Rather than giving him money, I gave him food.
There’s so many things you can do to share and give back this Christmas.
Here’s one way : Check out the SM Cares Bears of Joy campaign and know how you can take part in the season of “gift-ing” (http://smcares.com.ph/newsevents/?p=993)
