Peter Biggs, Cecelia Herbert, and Roland Snooks all had great talks today on business' vulnerability and investing in arts and innovation to drive forward; diversity in teams and leadership as a behaviour instead of a role; and killer structural design processes. Though my heart was stolen by Tea Uglow who spoke about doubt and its importance in the creation process. What a woman. A very strong start to #SPAKL16 (at Aotea Centre)
