Hearing her words he looked at her. "Are you sure?" he asked, it wasn't that he was trying to make her change her mind, he just wanted her to be sure. "I love you and I don't mind waiting." He said moving to the kitchen opening one of the drawers and getting the small little box. and moving closer to her again, pulling her back into her arms he gave the little box to her, like trying to make sure she wouldn't panic seeing the ring and change her mind.

He kissed her back, Cris knew how Astrid felt about marriage, that there was a list of things she wanted to do first, so he made a deal with her, that he wasn't going to propose until she told him she wanted it, There was nothing else than he wanted more than to marry her and have a house full of babies, but he was in no hurry for that, he was happy to wait until she was ready as well. "Now I feel like the dinner isn't good enough." he pointed out. "I feel like we should do more to celebrate you."

Astrid was excited to enter this chapter in her life. It took Crisrian literally no time to get here as he saw Victor running to Isabella. Diego was feeling so good that this shit didn't even bother him, "I know I did," He teased the male, "I am fine, better than fine actually," He said smiling at the male, "How about you, mi amigo?"

At his words Cris looked at him. "So, the stupid smile on your face has anything to do with an old friend of yours who was back in town the last time we spoke?" Cris asked, after all he always had an angry look when Victor went after his daughter.

As soon as Cristian pulled her up on his hands she let out a small scream, giggling her way through it as she wrapped her arms around him, making sure she wouldn't actually fall. "I am so glad you think so! I made up my mind, I gathered money and a great business plan!" It's been a while since Diego saw either Cristian or Victor and Isabella basically couldn't stop asking for a playdate with his best friend's kid. Diego had so much to tell Cristian so this was a plus too. He took Isabella to Pumpkin carving and shot a text to Cris "Hey, yo, come with Victor to the Pumpkin carving thingy now, me and Isa are here and she wants to see Victor," He said as he put his phone away.

When cris told Victor, the boy ran to his room to change, he never saw the boy get ready that fast, but he could understand, after all he still had a huge crush on Isabella, and getting an invitation from her to do anything made that boy run to her. Astrid had made up her mind recently about a few stuff in her life. She decided to go after her dream and truly consider opening up a dance academy, really get serious with Cristian, and work on herself. Astrid took everything very seriously and after talking to Sloane she knew she needed to talk with Cris as well. Astrid didn't do much all day other than teaching and then straight home to meet up with Cris. The blonde was fresh out of the shower when she heard the male call her, "Babe!" She said as she went down to greet him. She saw the male arrive with full-on dinner and some flowers, "Aw, look at you being the best boyfriend ever," She said as she approached him with a sweet smile on her face.

"Only what you deserve." He pointed out kissing her, he could kiss her for hours and hours. "victor is out, and we have the house for ourselves, so I thought we should do a date night." He said grabbing her hand and placing a soft kiss before guiding her to the table. "I got dinner, your favorite desert, and a bunch of movies for you to choose from."

"Oh that's awesome! Where'd you guys end up going?" Elina was well overdue for a vacation herself. She knew it was coming in two weeks time and yet still had not figured out a destination in mind for herself. "How many times do you find yourself yelling for him to get up?" she chuckled. Elina got scolded once and she knew if she didn't get her butt out of bed once her mother called for her, she would get an ear full and be grounded. "I'm doing alright! Keeping busy with the shop and just always networking of course."

"We went to Greece." The place was beautiful and he always enjoyed anywhere with water. He chuckled. "No, we have an agreement, I call him once, and if he doesn't get up I just go in and carry him into the shower." After a few showers with clothes on, he learned that when he said get up, he had to get up. "I will try to stop by and see what you have."

Darcy wished that firefighters wouldn't make her nervous, but after the accident, she couldn't help but have this worry in the back of her mind that they were going to somehow, magically figure out that she'd started that fire all those years ago. The difference with Cris, though, was that he already knew it was her. He was friends with her dad, the chief of police, and he was in on helping cover things up. Darcy wondered if Cris was aware of how many times she nearly turned herself in out of guilt. What would it matter, though? Turning herself in wouldn't bring back the friend she lost that night. That's what she told herself so she could keep herself from revealing the truth about her father covering evidence.

"Oh, uh... sure. Yeah, sure. That'd be-- um, okay..." Darcy stumbled over her words, barely looking the man in the eye. "Are you sure?" She asked when he offered to pay for her order. But she didn't want to seem rude in refusing, so she ordered a chocolate milk and two sugar cookies (her usual).

Cris noticed she was always nervous around him, and he couldn't blame her. "I'm sure." He told her not to worry about it, he ordered himself a chocolate milkshake as well, and a dozen cookies to go, he was sure Victor and Astrid would enjoy the cookies later. "Yes, the doctor cleared me to get back to work." He pointed out. 1Is funny how the job is dangerous but I ended up getting hurt from surfing on my time off." He said with a smile. "You know, my dad and yours are a lot alike." He told her, hoping that it would make her open up a little more to him, he knew it wasn't the exact same situation since he never got anyone else hurt, but it was a start. "He's not a cop, he just has deep pockets to pay people and do things disappeared, and my grades in school go up."

Cris was cleared to work normally again, no more holding back, he could go back to surfing, running, to working out, everything back to normal, although he wasn't sure if Astrid would be back with him surfing again after the accident, he could at least do all the other things, he went home, and brought flowers and a special dinner for them to celebrate properly, specially since Victor was in a sleepover. "Bella!" he said calling her as he placed the food on the table for them to have a date night.

Amira gave him a sweet smile before pointing at the large rainbow swirl lollipops. "Most kids get really excited when they see these, but does your child have any specific flavors they like," she asked, before pointing to the gold plate of fudge samples and the pink chalkboard with all of the candy options she brought to the booth and their prices.

"Not really, as long as id sweet he's happy." Cris said chucking, the lollipop was huge, and he would have to make a deal with Victor to not eat everything at once otherwise he would have a stomachache. "Give me two of the lollipops." He said, maybe Astrid would like one as well.
