yeah romano being a sort of rebound for pruita rejection is cool and alll... but have you considered gilbert has been around romano longer and liked him wayyyy before he even met vene?

you gotta admit there's something in the way they interact with each other that just gives off the vibes that they KNOW each other extremely well, they trust each other. they have a history and vene came second 😌

i used to ship them more in line w how you described them but the plague hit and my mind rotted. however this rediscovery definitely makes me feel good things about them

consider gil admiring feli while roma and him are prumanoing all over the place. roma just deals with it (most of the time) but knows gil gen loves him over his brother (finally.. romano wins..) (side note i like how they both have a younger brother- its so stupidly obvious but them having that point of connection just makes everything better... i love the world)

i really like overconfident gil meets someone who actually thinks hes skilled and worth the praise. hes so used to squawking about how awesome he is and how hes the best but as we know hes just a guy. he gets lonely like everyone else. fuck... so sad.

but romano is the perfect person to fill that hole (haha). romano doesnt just boost his ego- he hangs out w him because of the person he is, not what he has accomplished... + romano kinda looking up to him makes me so happy

does anyone gaf ive been INSANE about prumano for so long i need to be put down. pov gil has a huge thing for feli and gets shut down over and over (hes oblivious to his brother hitting that) (he is silly) and lovi is just. Hes lovino. gilbert and lovino gay romance ensues god i love it here.
