The word phenomenal doesn’t even begin to describe the culinary experience that is @foraged.eatery. We had duck leg confit that tasted like fine steak, cornmeal fried oysters with bacon jam, beef bone marrow with toast points and ranch seasoned pig ears. Wanted my last post for 2018 to be special and I couldn’t think of anything more special than the times I spent at the buffet with my dad.
