with a heavy heart, I have decided to close down crownsville. I never thought I would be writing this post, and this decision has been extremely difficult for me to come to, but I think it’s time. 

to all of the lovely members who have joined me here, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. this roleplay has been my safe space and my home since I opened it up last april. most roleplays don’t last this long, and I’m thankful for every day that crownsville has been open.  I‘ve made wonderful friends and connections not only for my characters, but personally too. it truly has been an honor to be your admin.

as many of you know, these past few months have been difficult for me. roleplay is something that’s supposed to be a fun hobby. while I truly love being an admin and running roleplays, it’s been getting harder and harder for me to find the joy in coming online to run the rp and do my replies. when something that used to be fun and exciting isn’t anymore, it’s time to let it go. so as much as it pains me to do so, that’s what I’m doing. 

I’ve done my very best to be the best admin I can be for all of you, and I truly hope that I have been. I’m going to miss running this group and rping with all of you so much. I can only hope that you all understand where I’m coming from.

the main will stay up for a couple of says if you need to collect your character information and then I’ll be changing the theme. I wish everyone the best of luck and I hope that we can all rp again in the future <3
