hi if you could help me that would be so nice of you... what size do you resize your pngs so they don't look pixelated/ugly on tumblr? for say those photoshoots of 1 pic - 1 pic - 1 pic or / 1 pic - 1 pic. thank you in advance!

First, I make sure to choose original images of a particular resolution - if they don't look particularly pixelated or ugly zoomed in to a size comparable to what they would be on a desktop dashboard, then you shouldn't have to worry about them looking like that. Sometimes I will get all the way to editing before scrapping an image because I realise it's not going to be of an appropriate resolution to look good in the final.

Second, regardless of original size, I export all my images at a consistent 800x800 pixels and afaik this will be appropriate for all but excessively large screens.
