What’s for dinner?
When I plan meals, I first take an inventory of what I have on hand. My first priority is to use perishables approaching their expiration. I have a couple stand-by meals that can easily adjust to include most any vegetable on hand. These are:
Pasta with roasted _____

_____ (protein) with _____ (vegetable)
Cream of _____ soup
Red lentils or pre-packaged Indian food with heaps of _____
_____ tacos/ burritos
_____ (vegetable) stir-fry with _____ (grain)
