I put my heart to the test today with some pressure, compressing it against my sternum and forcing it to beat faster in response. You can hear my heart murmuring as it struggles to cope. Near the end of the audio, I finally got a couple of PVCs during a breath hold. In the video, you can see my heart visibly pounding as it recovers from the pressure. It did not want to slow down!
