I've been thinking about when Yomiel (the character) is released from his time in prison on whether or not Jowd would ever invite him to his home. I'd understand the hesitation, on if he'd want to invite the man who he knew capable of terrible things into his home with his wife (who he killed, in another time and another life) and child (who he helped kidnap and was complicit in several of her deaths, in another time and another life). That on top of the fact that Jowd would have to explain to Alma why he is oddly buddy buddy with the man who took hostage their (seemingly partly adopted) Lynne and was seemly 'dangerous' in everyone else's eyes as they'd have no context to any of what had happened in the other time and life.

Despite all of this I am thinking of Yomiel and Sissel sitting in Jowd's house, the family and them having a polite dinner when Sissel the cat interrupts. Yomiel knows. Jowd knows. The cat has definitely already been talking to the two non-stop all night, causing several problems and missed questions from those in the physical world. Sissel chimes in with an innocent question on what the cats name is, and they just have to play it off.

What an odd coincidence that my wife and your cat have the same name, huh Jowd?
