Somethings To Note About Me:

I tend to be impulsive, and may accept an rp that, later on, I don't want to do or just don't have the motivation to continue. I've ended up ghosting people in the past because I'm nervous to tell people I don't want to do it anymore, especially if my partner seemed really excited about it. If I don't respond to you in a while, PM me if I haven't already, so I can let you know what's up.

If I'm going to take a hiatus, I'll make a post about it and tag my partners I've interacted with most recently in it.

Tumblr can be weird sometimes, and even though I reblog something it doesn't always show up for the other person, so if I responded to something twice, I'm not trying to run you I just want to make sure it got to you.

An angst turned soft rp where your muse finds my muse Chloe and takes her in. Your muse learns about Chloe's past and that her father is still looking for her. Eventually, Chloe gets a new loving home and won't have to worry about her father ever again.

Emma huffed, leaning back in her chair and running her hands down her face. "What am I gonna do?" She looked down at the notebook she had been scribbling in for the past thirty minutes. She always planned out her Halloween costumes months in advance, but for some reason, this year she started halfway through October. Now she not only had to figure out what she was going to be, but also get everything for the costume in two weeks.

Two dark eyes stared over from their spot in the bathtub. Her ear fins wiggled slightly, putting some water on the floor.

"About what gyal?" She replied, not wishing to hear any more griping.

Emma looked over at her aquatic roommate, "Oh, It's nothing serious or anything. It's just that I can't figure out what I'm gonna dress up as this year."

Cythra smiled at that. She was really Interested in the snakes; while her own tentacles weren’t sepearate living beings, they did have independent braincells.

After finishing her soup, she turned to Yali, “I can take your bowl once you’re finished, or get you seconds. And after that, I was wondering if you’d be ok with me joining you in your fort.” She gestured to the large pile of blankets, “I’m a bit curious to see what it’s like in there, but I also thought my body heat could help you; if you’re ok with it, of course.”

Physical affection was a big way that Cythra showed she cared for someone or was comfortable around them, platonically or otherwise, but if her friend preferred personal space she would understand.

Yali gave a quiet chuckle. “Just so we’re both on the same page here: I’m not in the market for another lover. As long as that’s understood, you’re welcome to join me in the fort. I warn you, though, you might find it less interesting than you’re imagining.” She flashed a grin at her, to show that there were no hard feelings. Some might have considered her response to be overly blunt, but Cythra wasn’t always great about social cues. To her mind, it made sense to have this out in the open.

"I understand completely; to be honest, I'm not looking for anyone at the moment either." Even though she only saw Yali as a friend, Cythra was always grateful when boundaries were set. Being asleep in the ocean for hundreds of years definitely puts a damper on your social skills.

She climbed into the blanket cavern and curled up she'd fit comfortably, "Good thing I don't have bones, It's pretty snug in here. Nice and cozy though." She enjoyed the dark space, it reminded her of her home: the depths of the ocean.

“I get ya. Besides, I think food is always shared better with friends.” Cythra stepped out of the room for a moment and came back with her own bowl of soup.

She tried some and smiled to herself “I did really good on this!” She continued eating, making a mental note to write down the recipe later.

She looked at the scarf on Yali’s head, “I wish it wasn’t so cold out. I miss seeing the little guys, or girls.”

“I think so too.” agreed Yali with a smile. “Girls.” she added, in response to Cythra’s latter comment. “I’m not sure if I should be grateful that I don’t end up with a breeding ball on my scalp, or insulted to be the recipient of a lazily-made curse, but I think I’ll lean towards the former.” She stroked her fingertips fondly across the surface of the scarf. “Yeah… they really hate the cold. Leaves them feeling all drowsy, poor things.” To say she sympathised would have been an understatement: they shared a nervous system, so she could tangibly feel their discomfort at the corners of her mind. She gave a rueful little smile. “I’m sure they’ll be happy to see you when spring comes around, though.”

Cythra headed into the kitchen and started making some homade soup. She used a mix of veggies, seasonings, and meat she thought Yali would enjoy.

After some time, the large pot of soup was ready. She poured it into a bowl and brought it to her friend’s room, “Hey, the soup is ready. I made plenty of it too so you can have as much as you want.”

“Aww, thanks! Hey, could you pass me my scarf?” a hand emerged from the bundle of blankets, gesturing across the room. A short while later, she reluctantly emerged from amidst the blankets, the scarf tied around her head in a loose turban, her snakes snuggling gratefully into its folds. She accepted the bowl of soup with a smile, inhaling the rising steam with a look of delight. “Mm! It smells delicious. You should get a bowl for yourself, if you’d like,” she added “being the only person in the room who’s eating always feels a little awkward, I think.”

Cythra immediately felt embarrassed after Yali’s words. She had suggested going outside to enjoy the snow, completely forgetting the fact that her roomate was cold-blooded. “Oh, yeah. It is, isn’t it?”

She paused for a moment before speaking again, “I could make you some hot tea or soup if you want. I know that helps warm me up.”

The corner of a blanket quirked up, just enough to reveal the glint of a pair of sea-green eyes and six pairs of yellow ones. “You know… I could go for some soup, actually. Thanks!” As Yali had come to learn, many immortals struggled with some of the mundane difficulties of living among mortals. Where Cythra differed from these, was in her willingness to learn and accomodate. Besides, it was rather nice to have another sea-deity around - it was rare to find someone with that shared experience.

Bentley finished blending the shimmer shadow with the dark brown transitional shadow. She read Gwen's question, "Y'can use yer finger or a blending brush!" Bentley showed on camera her go to blending brush. She was standing inside her very nice luxury rose gold bathroom. The rose gold behind her and in her eye shadow contrasted nicely with her grey skin. The shadow made her rose gold eye color pop."No I don't have a glam team that comes in and does my makeup," Bentley said reading a question. "I do my own makup. I do have a stylist tho." Bentley ran a brush through her long undercut hair. Tiny strands of rose gold tinsel glistened in the bathroom lighting.

Gwen tried blending her makeup with a q-tip, since she lost her blending brush (curse her habit of throwing things in junk drawers). It looked better, but she guessed practice also helped.

"Oh you met.....you met the other guy..." Bruce was hoping he wouldn't be recognized. "I'm not....I'm not him." Bruce hated being famous for Hulk who was a fragment of his psyche. Contrary to popular belief, he didn't create Hulk, severe, repeated, childhood trauma and abuse did. He had other alters as well but they were not public figures the way Hulk was. Bruce was essentially famous for having dissociative identity disorder and he hated it. It was bad enough there seemed to be a trend on social media of young people faking D.I.D. for attention. Adding stigma to an already misunderstood disorder.

Gwen was confused at first, and wondered for a moment what he meant. She then thought that maybe the Hulk could've been more than figuratively sepearate from Bruce. While nothing in the comics she read before she came to this universe explicitly stated anything about it, she did know how mutations and similar situations could change people or worsen already present issues.

Wade was an example; and she herself feels like who she was before she came to this universe and who she is now are almost like two completely different people.

"Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize." She may not have known exactly what Bruce had going on, but if he said the hulk wasn't him then It'd be safest for Gwen to assume she was essentially a stranger right now, "Sorry about disturbing you. Have a good day, and Merry Christmas."

With that she started walking away to continue with her shopping.
