Conner wasnât certain that he had been able to express what he was feeling properly and the speedsterâs (relatively) slower response before smirking at him didnât alleviate any of that uncertainty until once more Bart had pulled his shirt and guided him back into another kiss. Connerâs hands were quicker to place themselves on Bartâs sides. For a moment, Connerâs mind was distracted trying to sort through what he was feeling and whether it was supposed to feel that way. Finally, however, the hybrid let out a small growling sound and forced his mind clear - letting himself go into a sort of instinctual autopilot. Every inch of his body seemed to be eager to react to Bartâs motions.
He gripped Bartâs sides firmly, but not tight enough to harm him, and easily hoisted the male off the ground. It was slightly awkward with Bart being just a little taller than he was, but Conner arched his back slightly as he moved with him. He carried him across the the room and into the living area - thankful none of the other Titans seemed to have bothered coming home recently. Flashing red lights and the sound of the alarm blaring broke him from his thoughtless movements. He turned his head out of the kiss and let out an frustrated growling. âWhy canât criminals just take one day?â
Bart gasped when he was picked up, his arms wrapping around Connerâs back so the guy wouldnât drop him. He laughed at himself even as he kissed him again, realizing there was no way the Super could possibly find him heavy. Knowing that, he also moved his legs to be around his waist, hugging him like a spider monkey as he was carried into the living room area of the Titan Tower.
He wasnât even worried if their fellow teammates were around, too focused on the strong young man holding him and the taste and feel of his mouth. There came another laugh when Con sat down, and he sat back slightly so he could put his hands on the sides of his face, fingers sliding back into dark hair. The alarm didnât register at first, but then he suddenly pulled back and glared as well, yellow eyes flashing. ââŠ.. Fleeping really?!.âÂ
Cursing again in Interlac, Bart suddenly was on the other side of the room, his back to Conner as he glanced over his shoulder. âIâll meet you there.â Without waiting for a reply, Bart disappeared in a crackle of yellow lightning, trying to hide the fact that he was struggling just to function like a normal person with what had just happened between themâŠÂ
