I havent played piano properly in over 10 years but i was about to bash my head in from boredom so i sat down by the piano id noticed whn i first came in and turns out i could remember much more than i realized from the piano lessons i took as a kid. Ive been having this weird experience pf being able to do things that i spent so long practicing as a kid, but at the time it didnt feel like it stuck. Now things i learnt when i was doing music in high school seems even more intuitive than it did back then. I hadnt thought about the rules for major and minor chords in years, but when i placed my hands on the piano it came to me despite not remembering it all the times ive tried to pick up piano back up before now. In high school i didnt even feel like i was learning anything because i couldnt remember anything, but i guess things somehow stuck. Tomorrow i need to ask if i can borrow a song book so i can play with notes instead of just trying to play magnetic field songs by ear.
Im in the psych ward and i feel like shit but two people were fighting over cigarettes and one of them said "im gonna cook soup on your bones" and i had to try so hard not to laugh because thats the most insane threat ive ever heard???????
