I'm Cyno, The General Mahamatra, I’m frankly sure most of you have heard from me due to my reputation at the akademiya. It’s my duty to uphold the rules and punish wrongdoing as I see fit.

Collei suggested I should get this app, she says it’s so I can communicate with people more.. I’m sure she cy-no’s I don’t tend to download many apps like this- it’s quite a collei-ction of people I know on here.
