✨ Hey, I’m Muse. ✨
Garden Witch, brat, AuDHD, unapologetic nerd, wife, mom, book hoarder, and gardner (both kinds). I’ve got four gloriously chaotic neurodivergent kids who keep me sharp (and tired), and a husband who calls me his Muse.
I spend most of my "not paid for by corporate overlords time*" wrangling spawn, buried in books, plotting...stories (hehe), stirring something in the kitchen, or digging in the garden like the soil gremlin I am. I believe in magic, mischief, ordered chaos, and instant human; add caffeine and meds.
*I actually really love my job and the company I work for is amazingly supportive.
My life is mostly semi-ordered chaos. I battle that with comfort. For me that looks like library stacks, brat diaries, late night snacks, laughter that shakes the walls, and overgrown gardens full of herbs, vegetables, and flowers. Welcome to my corner of soft rebellion and kitchen/garden witchiness.
Brat rules:
1. I talk back.
2. I win.
3. Respect me, and I'll let you stay for tea and baked goods.
House Rules (read before stepping into the garden):
No swerves, no terfs, no MAGAts, no bigotry of any flavor. Try it, and you’ll be compost before the moon’s up.
No kink-shaming, mom-shaming, or life-shaming — ever. We’re not playing that game.
If you’re a minor, respectfully: GTFO. This space isn’t for you. 'buh-bye and don't let the door hit ya where nature split ya on your way out. Go read a YA novel and hydrate.
I try for love and kindness to be my defaults. That doesn't mean nice. I will also 100% remind a bitch of who I used to be when needed.
Politics note (aka Brat PSA) I don’t debate my humanity. I support Ukraine. I support a free Palestine. I believe love, safety, and justice should be for everyone, period. If that makes you twitch, this is not your corner of the internet....for everyone, period. If you disagree, this is not a safe space for you. Please leave. 1
For everyone else: grab some tea, snuggle a floof (cat, dog, goat, cow, dragon), turn a page, and stay awhile. I love connecting with kindred spirits, fellow bookworms, and anyone who gets the magic of messy, beautiful life.
