So I bought this amazing art piece at fan expo about a month before Transistor came out, knowing full well that the next game by Supergiant Games would blow me away just as Bastion had done. After spending a few hours with this game I can say that Supergiant Games has made another stunning masterpiece in both narrative and atmosphere . This is such a smart game in so many different ways from it's combat to it's deep skill system, but it really is the little things that make this game instantly one of my favourite games I have played, little things like being able to interact with the soundtrack by having your character Red hum along to the track. Darren Korb created a masterful and genius soundtrack with Bastion and has bottled lightning twice in regards to the music and sound of Transistor, and if that isn't enough the art in this game is on another level with gorgeous skylines and bright colours. Go out and get this game and support one of my all time favourite developers, you will not be disappointed. #transistor #masterpiece #gamer #nerd #red #ps4 #favouritegames #stunning

Jesse, after reading yet another article on video game violence causing actual violence I was wondering if I could get an adult opinion from a long time gamer?

NOPE. There is not now, or will there ever be direct correlation between gaming violence and actual violence. This is the same drivel they tried to do with movies, and TV, and music through out our cultures inept “blame everyone but ourselves” history. 

Here’s the problem with violence. Crazy people getting weapons to hurt other people.

So either crack down on weapon sales (which we’ll never do cause ‘murica) or we treat mental illness (which we’ll never do cause it makes us have to feel things).

So until then, just know, old people will blame all the things “the kids like” rather than blaming themselves for setting horrible examples.
