some quick blog maintenence!

1. the blog will officially end sometime after the finale; lets say a months worth of updates, but as usual, potentially spread out further than that since i have a backlog of updates to finish still. as you all know, the date of the art being posted isnt necessarily the date its tagged with due to irl life catching up with me, but there will be the same quantity of art as intended when this blog was created, and im not going to sacrifice quality for that. each drawing is intended to be meaningful in some way, either via experimentally pushing my own art skills, or via making an art piece with meaning behind it, be it comedy or tragedy etc.

2. THE AGE OF BUBBLE IS SOON. aka he won the character poll (but im not forgetting the runner ups), so be prepared for some bubble art as i explore different ways he could be related to caine. 🫧bleeh

i think if caine had a fursona and it wasnt a bee, itd be a sea lion. they do tricks, have big eyes, and are also ferocious sea mammals with big teeth ! to capture that latent hostility of having giant teeth for a head as a character design. also hed balance bubble on his nose at some point. they are also social. this will probably be a future daily caine
