Older brother’s bathing habits (Lucifer, Mammon, Leviathan)

So, I’ve been having some thoughts regarding the brother’s showering/bathing routines. Not necessarily how clean they are or what they use, but the time of day they shower.

I’ve seen debates on tiktok arguing whether daytime showers are superior or nighttime showers are superior. The argument being, daytime showers prevent you from stinking through the day but you’ll be sleeping in your bed that becomes filthy from gunk and sweat overnight. Nighttime showers let you sleep in a cleaner bed but you have a larger chance of getting kinda gross throughout the day. What are your thoughts?

I feel like Lucifer is a morning shower person. A hot shower helps him wake up and feel fresh for the upcoming day of his brothers causing him stress. A night shower would also be inconvenient when he pulls his all-nighters doing work. The thought of taking a shower this time of day doesn’t even cross his mind either. It’s the least of his worries. Perhaps every now and then when he isn’t overloaded with work before bedtime a thorough wash before bed might happen. He always forgets how fresh it feels to get clean before putting on his night clothes.

Mammon strikes me as a morning shower person. When he’s done for the day he doesn’t particularly want to spend time taking another shower. I’ve seen a few people headcanon him as the 48 axe body spray type of guy, but I think he would genuinely have pretty decent hygiene and puts in effort to look and smell GOOD. Otherwise, I feel like he’d take a night shower if he’s out late and feels gross after a long day.

Also, on an unrelated note, does anyone have any thoughts on horn/wing/tail care? I feel like demons with unique horn or tail types would have some kind of crazy routine to keep them looking good 👀

Levi would be a night shower type of guy. He would actually probably prefer baths to showers and I can see himself cleaning himself with a long, cozy soak. Dare I say, besides Asmo, Levi would have the best hygiene? I feel like he’d always smell clean and refreshing. Not the way Asmo or Mammon would with rich lotions or sweet perfumes, but like a fresh bar of lightly scented soap. After a long night of binging anime and playing his favorite games Levi would just loveeee a long, long bath before winding down. It’s soothing and makes him feel so much more comfortable. Morning showers also just feel too irritating some days. Having boiling hot water coming down on you minutes before waking up? No thank you.
