Callie glowered at Dalton, she’d just set Sofia down to sleep and had been waiting for Sam to return home from work, but no….Instead she had to deal with Sams drunken son. “I’m going to stop you right here Dalton, because I have a little girl just in that room who I have just settled for sleep and if you wake her, well you’re waking a sleeping dragon, not just her, but me also as I refuse to have my daughter upset” she warned. “You should go home and sleep this off, because it is senseless coming here when she’s clearly not here and when I am in no mood dealing with you”

Dalton looked around the house around him. With foggy eyes he blinked every other second taking in his missed life with his mother, she had a completely new life that Dalton didn't understand because he wasn't a part of it. No matter how hard things got he refused to let his mother know that he wanted to be a part of it, that he was tired of trying to be grown up and to deal with mature things. He needed a parent figure in his life. "You..." He shook his head with an anger filled grin, but his eyes fell flat with hurt. "You have a wife,..a wife...I wasn't invited to the wedding..." He looked at the photographs on the end table near the closet. The pictures on the wall. "A child. I wasn't there for her any of her...I don't even know her name.." He laughed before slumping down to the floor against the wall and stared at the wall across from him. "My mother left me. She left my sister. My sister became depressed and her dad threw her in a looney bin before dodging on her." he licked his try lips leaning his head against the wall. "I had to be the man. I had to figure out how to take care of Ginny. I had a baby. I was scared and I fucking needed my mother. No letters. No emails. No calls. Not even a fuck you my life is better post card...I..I dealt with it...hated her...got myself into trouble...got myself into school..made a little something of myself...just to spite her...and still nothing from her...I even sent her invites to my performances with free tickets..then I invited her to the winter showcase...still nothing..." he shrugged his shoulders.."I googled her, found out what was going on in her life..she was different and happy and successful..how did she live with herself?" The boys voice cracked. "And now my sister is sending me insane messages that make me believe that she is going crazy again...and my daughter...i already barely see one and who knows what the court is going to do...and then I may lose my other daughter because my girlfriend, a girl who actually makes me feel good about myself has left and is gone to a place ...it's all backwards...and i can't be that man I am supposed to be..."

"Excuse me?" Callie hissed, looking the boy up and down. "Let me guess, Dalton? How nice for us to finally meet and oh but of course, one of us had to be drunk" she rolled her eyes.

Dalton stumbled propping himself up against the wall in the front hall near the door. The blond boy chuckled and pointed at Callie. "Don't tell me you're who my mother abandoned us for?" He sniffled from the cold outside and looked down at a stuffed bear on the floor. "You're Pocahontas hot, now I know my mothers type, and where is little Dora?" He picked up the bear and shook it with a wide smile. "And what about my mother? You know she's this tall," he raised his hand in the air a little shorter than him. "and shes a blond bimbo who pretends she loves you and cares about you then the next thing you know shes flying off somewhere else abandoning you." He chucked the bear at the wall and cleared his throat.

"Arianna?" Madison said. It was hard for her to believe that someone didn’t know about her. She seemed to be everywhere. Madison listened to Dalton and almost began to let blood tears form in her eyes. No one had ever given her such solid and meaningful advice before. No one had ever given a damn. She licked her lips before taking the blunt and answering. "Thank you.." She said quietly. "No one’s ever actually said anything nice to me like that before…no one ever says anything nice around here..”

The blond boy watched the tip of the blunt burn before taking another puff, his eyes beginning to burn from the smoke. "You don't need to thank me, you just need to take better care of yourself." Dalton set the blunt on the curb seeing as Madison was beginning to quiver her lip like she was going to cry. "Hey...you don't need to get upset..you can't let her make you feel this way...People are assholes" He cracked a smile trying to lighten her mod

Madison sighed deeply. “Well would you be happy if you lived in a crazy farm?” She said as she tucked the hair behind her ears. “Haven’t you heard? I am just a filthy whore that doesn’t deserve family. Or at least that’s what Ariana likes to remind me of.”

"No I am happy where I am at, thank you. I live in crazy, but no farms for me." He chuckled letting the smoke sink in his cheeks before passing the blunt to the blond and letting the smoke seep back out of his lips clouding the space between them. "Who is this Arianna? What does anyone know to define you? Live by what you know, not someone else. And anyone who calls you a whore is probably a whore themselves." he shrugged not ever one to give advice.

You're exaggerating... that was my mother giving me tissues and i just crumpled them up and threw them around, i just used my sleeve. Good old fashioned handkerchief.
