I’ve never had a professional headshot or marketing photos done. I probably will sometime soon. When I was acting it was always friends that took the photo. Peaceful NYC sunset. Busy all day working on a new lifestyle VIP workshop and I kept thinking about action over research. I read A LOT of business books and study health daily but all of that knowledge didn’t get me anywhere without action. This will be my third launch (info soon and enrollment will open this week) and each has been better and bigger and more value than the last. They have also been 100% mine. I’m proud of that. The Passing of Rob

Hello All of Rob's Fans. This is his brother Paul. I have some sad news to pass on that Rob passed away this last Wednesday. He was not well and succumbed to his illness. If anyone would like more information, please go to Rob's Facebook site Rob Llewellyn (Thurston Gimlet) and find out more there. I'm am so sad to say that he was not able to DJ one more Saturday night.

Pro-tip - to help make sure you’re drinking enough water grab one of these Poland spring bottles. They are 101.4 oz and a good visual instead of refilling a bottle all day. One of these is my minimum each day. I generally go over depending on if I’m working out that day, traveling, etc. Try to get the bulk of your water drank a couple hours before bed so as not to disturb your sleep. Big thank you to Lou for grabbing this one for me while I am battling the tail end of this cold. Disclaimer: I wash mine with soap and water each night, reuse one for a week or so then replace.
