6.Set a new long term goal for the NEXT 6 weeks!:
This past 6 weeks were a great way to manage and track my physical activity and my nutrition level. I gained alot of confidence in my ability to stay focused and accomplish my goals since I succeeded with my 6 week goal.Using the knowledge I got from the past 6 weeks, I think a reachable long term goal will be to continue in this spirit and loose another 1-1.5% of body fat.I am extremely satisfied with my progress and it would only make sense to continue this way.
