I guess this is the end of this story.

I saw her for the first time when she was only 8 weeks old. I brought her home when she was 10 weeks old. She died the day after her 7th birthday. This still feels like it can’t really be her. That’s not her name on that card.. Thats not her and her foxy in that urn.. I’m going to miss her so terribly..

Please don’t buy a pet for a Christmas gift to a child. Animals should be family members, not gifts.  I know pet smart advises tiny animals as ‘great presents’ for kids.
