I haven't watched anything Disney since TOH ended, and that caused such an uproar when Luz and Amity went to grom together. Even then people were denying their relationship, and their queerness undoubtedly had a part to play in why it was axed so early; so Dragon Striker making it pretty clear and evident Odward and Casper have romantic feelings for one another, is pretty wild to me.

With the way things are right now in the USA alone, I 100% expected to see less representation in fear of being targeted by the administration and their rabid pack of bigots.

So it feels incredibly significant that diversity and queerness are so easily seen and accepted in this show.
