๐๐๐ #OOTD DAY7 (IF YOU WANT TO AVOID POLITICAL TALK, SKIP THIS) *sigh* What a time to be alive... If you havenโt already heard/seen the news, yesterday marked a day for the history books. The current president played out his most obvious ploy to overthrow democracy. This is what happens when you throw someone into a seat of political power who has no integrity, no love for the people of this country and who only cares about himself. Itโs quite obvious that after months of stoking his audience through his conspiracy theory lies he has been able to control this cult following like a herd of sheep. Yesterday marked his last chance of hope before his conspiracy theory was crushed. You know what he did, he used his sheep to threaten the senate, to threaten those who DO have integrity, who DO love this country, and who put the people of this country before themselves. The actions taken yesterday at the capitol were disgraceful, desperate and unpatriotic. We should be ashamed of ourselves for letting this president take things this far. Destroying such a crucial part of the political process (fair and legitimate voting) is equivalent to killing the soul of democracy. It baffles me that there are still people who can support this piece of garbage. I beg of you to do your research, watch more than one news outlet and form your own opinion. I could be wrong, if i am, i am always happy to learn a new point of view. We should all be more open minded. We should all learn from what happened yesterday.
