I want to thank everyone that helped me bring my first film to life, I couldn’t have done it without so many wonderful and patient people. It was hot, the days were long and I hope it never rains again in Georgia. But here we are at the finish line of the first race, all the energy spent was finally for something good. Getting a film made is a tough road to walk, let alone a good film and we did both. So cheers to my cast and crew. - The Jump

Me.

I used to desire wealth more than anything, for me growing up poor, money meant freedom, wealth meant power, and power was absolute. But as I grew older and definitively more socialist well at the very least anti-capitalist, I’ve come to the realization that wealth felt more like an anchor tied to my leg, dragging me down into the murky abyss of consumerism. The more I had the more I needed to spend, my mood easily manipulated by the digits in my bank account. I soon realized that I wanted out, If I wanted to work towards a stable mind then I need to rid myself of the thoughts that caused these spasms.

My Warm Whiskey lullaby

My eyelids have become heavy, the whiskey is warm and I indulge plentifully, I just want to sleep, I just want to doze off and not think, just for a moment, oh my warm whiskey friend, please sing me to sleep, tuck me in, take me to bed, I don’t want to dream, I have no need for that shit, I just want this constant to end real quick, the world is a mess but I beg for reprieve, my warm whiskey lullaby please take me, fast, fast, to sleep.

If Earth had Saturn’s Rings

From Washington, D.C., the rings would only fill a portion of the sky, but appear striking nonetheless. Here, we see them at sunrise.

From Guatemala, only 14 degrees above the equator, the rings would begin to stretch across the horizon. Their reflected light would make the moon much brighter.

From Earth’s equator, Saturn’s rings would be viewed edge-on, appearing as a thin, bright line bisecting the sky.

At the March and September equinoxes, the Sun would be positioned directly over the rings, casting a dramatic shadow at the equator.

At midnight at the Tropic of Capricorn, which sits at 23 degrees south latitude, the Earth casts a shadow over the middle of the rings, while the outer portions remain lit.
