I know they’re very much in love but this shot is giving “behind every gay person is a gayer more evil gay person” 😅

the rainbow is a well-known symbol of gay pride that originated in the late 1970s in san francisco, when the gay community promised to never again destroy the earth by flood
It's so amazing how Amandla Stenberg just happens to be exactly who the author pictures every time they write a brown or dark skinned character with two Black parents 🙄
I think the reason white Sense and Sensibility doesn’t move me is Marianne is described, on the page, as “a beautiful girl… her skin was very brown… and her eyes… were very dark” (Chapter 10). To ME that says Black or brown woman and that’s THAT!
There is a version of Sense and Sensibility where the sisters are Black
Hadestown has taken over my every conscious thought recently
It doesn't matter if he's with his fictional wife or his real wife, I pray for either couple to "like my vibe" at a bar.
The apartment the main characters live in
I don't care if a Black or diverse film makes a lot of money, plenty of white films flop and it barely matters. I just want these films to exist. They will find an audience eventually. The Five Heartbeats was a flop when it first came out but people still watch it and talk about it to this day.
I love how committed Hadestown is to giving Orphydice different races, ages and body types across productions. There is truly an Orpheus and Eurydice for everyone.
Having finally seen more clips of other full cast variants, yes! I must concur! 😁
Mini Animal Cracker Cookies
these were the best ones
Fiyeraba
My Toxic trait is that I think Fiyeraba and Gelphie are both excellent ships.
“you support gay rights so you must be gay”
i support animal rights do i look like a fucking alpaca to you
turns out i am gay
holy shit how’d this alpaca learn how to type
Diversity win! The alpaca is gay!
he was a llama
a llama?! he’s supposed to be dead!
@hellsite-hall-of-fame i think this deserves to be here
I only love Pedro because Tita loves Pedro. That man ain’t shit 😒
And you are so very based for that 😌
Possibly hot take?
I think The OG Broadway Six's funniest Queen is Catherine of Aragon. This isn't because she was written as such, I think Anne Boleyn, Anne of Cleves and Katherine Howard are all written to be funnier and they're absolutely hilarious, don't get me wrong, but Adrianna Hicks's performance pushes her over the edge to me. Her physicality, inflections, and expressions take me tf out every time she says or does anything 😂

Why is she standing like she wants to attract women?
