If you can avoid it, do not fight with dark magic… just run away. For the sake of all that is good within the eyes of our dear heavenly princesses, just run away.

I have nothing left of my weapons. My variable rifle is broken, whisper is out of ammunition, my supplies are drained to the last potion and combat chem.

Steelwing’s sword is bent, his armor is practically nonexistent and he has completely lost sight in his left eye… I dont know if it’s going to heal.

In case you’re wondering pipbuck, no we did not win. We lost.

Quantum was taken away and our contract rendered null and void. I fear for what might become of her. Today I saw an overwhelmed pony with more power than they can handle. A true demon of this wasteland. A horror I do not believe a will ever wash from my mind.

Oh yeah, we’re also stuck here at the station. I’ve broken my rear legs trying to land a buck to that stallion.

Steelwing is too injured to move.

Darkghost… I will remember you.

I will have more to say when I stop seeing little lights everywhere. Goddess, I’m dizzy.

Maybe i’ll just sleep a bit.

Turns out this guy actually knows quite a bit about what i was doing, and to be honest I’m more thankful than creeped out. This way i can find my friends and be on my merry way, hopefully before that raider catches up with them. 

Oh shit! I forgot about hat raider. what was his name? Sticker? Spiker? Imploder? 

UGHH! forget it it. his name’s not important right now what is important is the finding of Cann Hushlight Kona Steelwing and Refert. Oh and that bat pony i suppose. 

Right, So Patches the sniper ghoul says they were heading towards the gas station between here and Fetlock Grove. I’m guessing they’re planin to meet me at the rendezvous with Quantum, that mare we were contracted to protect… and that Dark Ghost is trying to find.

Oh shit wait… Patches, that bat pony want me to help patches. he’s right here!! 

Before i go off o meet them i need to have a talk to him about his employer. I want him tot ell me everything about what turnpenny is up to.

Okay! everything is back on track! I know where i m going.

Jeeze i feel like i was lost for a minute there.

I’m close enough, with the assistance of my goggles,  to see the pony who’s been helping me past the ghouls. 

Turns out he is a ghoul also, looks like he got the better end of the deal though, he’s still got his mane and tail. He must have been recently ghoulified, that’s my guess at least. I won’t know for sure until i meet him and see what he wants.

I was right about his rifle at least! that’s definitely a high powered sniper rifle, and his gear looks military. I’m going to toss a coin and say he has the Old World Blues. Possibly WSD. Nobody dresses that uniformed and doesn’t have something going on in their head.

Note to self approach with caution, he may be unstable.

I’m going to record the conversation for personal records.

Also I wonder if he has food in those saddle bags… I’m so bucking hungry…

Used, my goggles to take this picture, Look at them, just standing there… menacingly. Looks like they’re clearing out though, so I need to get going as soon as I can. 

One shot of Med-x and I’ll be able to move. I just hope that what i can see from this end is about the same as what’s on the other side of the sky cart.

Okay so, the thing that was bothering me about that unicorn and his uniform kinda resurfaced when i spoke with Hushlight. This Stallion, Darkghost, bares a strong resemblance to a pony Hushlight new during the war. She says she new him as Starshield, before he was moved to a Blacklit unit for the O.I.A. Office of Inter-ministry Affairs. She says that after that she couldn’t recognize him. he became cruel, withdrawn, and overall nothing better than a killer. 

I told her that’s impossible that pony wasn’t a ghoul and sure as hell wasn’t robotic. She assures me that it’s true though. If she’s right though, and wierder shit has happened to me in the wasteland, then we should trot carefully around this guy. If he’s alive after so many years… who knows what those stable tech or ministry nut jobs did to him. 

Best to update our progress now since i’m in documenting mode. We’ve made it safely out of the nameless town with the community center and made our way further west. From here you can see canterlot in the distance and the sickly glow of the radfalls. Hell, i can point to Ponevil from here, it’s noticeable for the giant tree on the outskirts of town. we’ll be stopping in the farm nearby. I’m not a fan of going near Ponevil if i have too. The raiders there aren’t all that tough but there are plenty of them. I hear they have a crown made out of the previous leaders… ew…

Something to note before we pack up from the meal stop. I thought i saw somepony following us when we passed over the hills that surround the Ponevil area. It wasn’t much but I swore i saw something spikey dodge behind a petrified tree. It’s probably my imagination, the last two days have been a tad hectic. I’m going to inform Steelwing either way since he’s on watch tonight. I pray it’s just me going crazy.
