...Hey Raly. Look, I normally wouldn't pester you like this because... I know we didn't leave off on the best impression. But I need some help, and to be frank, you're one of the best and most knowledgeable healers I know.

It's mainly just this cold feeling. No matter what room I'm in, no matter how much time I spend outside looking at the sunset... I'm freezing. I spend time in the sand, nothing. I go to Castle Town, nothing. There's nothing physically wrong with me, Asgore made sure of that, but I'm just... so cold.

Not... really? Well sometimes but it's usually just Dess back in Castle Town. She... hasn't mastered using her eyelids quite right again after everything... But no. It's just accompanied by this feeling of dread. Not sure about what.

ahh...that sounds like anxiety! Its quite normal! Even have it myself. It can be followed with the feelings of impending doom, muscle tension, and heart rate increasing! What i usually do to help it is i sit in my room and think about what might be causing it, and then a way of calming it!

And sometimes cry or hit my pillow.

But, its most likely just anxiety!
