New Year, New Project: Carnevale by TTCombat
Was looking around the TTCombat site, bored, as you do, when I came across their Carnevale game, set in 18th Century Venice with a kinda C'Thulhu twist. It's a skirmish game, so most of your forces will be between 4 and 8 minis, maybe 10 for a real big set piece battle.
So I ordered myself the starter boxed set (£65) and a pack of the cobblestone bases. It comes with two starter factions, Rashaar (7 minis) and the Guild (8 minis); a cast resin Gondola; 9 double sided tiles 1 foot square, making a 3x3 foot gaming area; rule book, scenario book that teaches you the rules, dice, 8 card buildings, counters, and stuff.
I expect that there are going to be a lot of Carnevale related stuff on here in the near future, as well as my usual Autokill / Gaslands / WH40K stuff.
The 'Rat-On-A-Stick' van is finally finished... #autokill
Slowly making progress on Mad Mahmood's ride...
