However instrumental classes restart this week i am so glad I can come back to the conservatory

I just wanna talk about how it is hard trying to work during this lockdown. I really feel pressure everyday because I have to do the homework, be at every zoom and idk the isolation and all that stuff makes it harder. I’m stressed, I am feeling like I will never succeed . My anxiety is here everyday looking after me. How am I supposed to tell the teacher that if I didn’t do my work it is because I was really overwhelmed ? I’m afraid they will not understand, not see this as serious as it is...

Re writing my analysis notes. We are working a lot through Sonatas and particulary menuets in Mozart piano sonatas and quartets, but also Beethoven’s sonatas. Are you aware that after the menuet there is Rondo but then with beethoven and in the romantic era it is replaced by a Scherzo ?

Virtual Work of the day

Working on the firts Beethoven’s piano sonata. Op2 no1

During the french lockdown it is not easy I have to record myself and send it to my piano teacher and he answer this.

Is it me or some people can really understand one music estetic better than others ? I mean when I play romantics or moderns pieces I Know where I am, what to do.

BUT when it comes to classical or baroque pieces I’am all lost, and I struggle to appreciate what I am playing
