In response to increasing data privacy concerns, operating systems- Android and IOS – have implemented various changes in relation to app permissions and user data security.
"We, the social media platforms, would like to know your personal details, browsing history, location data, data regarding device and network you're on, including third-party partner sites. We share the aforementioned with whoever puts in a request."
